The version presented to consumers is published in Spanish at medicare.alianzaporlasalud.com/terminos. This English version is provided so that it can be reviewed by parties who do not read Spanish.

What this site is and what it is not

This site belongs to Alianza por la Salud, Inc. Its purpose is to let you request guidance about Medicare Advantage plans and to allow an authorized agent to contact you.

This site is not Medicare, is not a health plan, and is not an agency of the federal Government or the Government of Puerto Rico. It does not process enrollments, does not automatically compare plans, and does not recommend any plan.

What happens when you submit the form

Submitting the form authorizes an agent to call you. It is not an enrollment application, it is not a Scope of Appointment, and it does not enroll you in any plan.

Guidance from an authorized agent is a separate step, and the decision to enroll in a plan is always yours.

Accuracy of information

We make every effort to keep the information on this site correct and current, but Medicare benefits, costs, and rules change. Before making a decision, verify the information with the corresponding plan or directly with Medicare.

Acceptable use
